1. Move John Hufnagle to QB coach, Kevin Gilbride to OC, or to hell.
2. Run the ball until they stop the run. Then put the other back in. For some time Tiki wasn't getting it done on Sunday night, they should not be hesitant to put Jacobs in for a series.
3. If Eli struggles, make him run no huddle the next series and let him call he plays. This allows for better continuity in the offense.
4. Hang a tire from the rafters of the practice facility and tell Eli to throw the ball through it all week long, from differing distances. Have Hasselbeck swing the tire.
5. When a player goes down, I would not operate under the assumption that the back-up can perform in the same manner, and hange the game plan accordingly. Instead of dropping Eli back to pass, roll the pocket out, use some three step, anything to get the defense off of a flat out pas rush.
In general, whatI would do would be "coach" the team. When something isn't working, I wouldn't keep trying it, because it might work. If something is working, work it until it works no longer.
