  1. 1. Watch the replay... it was roughing the passer and it wasn't called. A blow to the QBs head is a penalty and Eli literally got punched in the helmet AND his arm was hit as he threw. That's why the ball came out the way that it did.

    2. The Eagles were in our backfield all day. They won the fight at the LOS and nothing was done to slow down their blitz or their normal pass rush. Our coaching staff is fuckin pathetic.

  2. great post right on point. i believe the call to go ahead on forth down was the right call, we had momentum and needed to make that to build confidence, I agree that the only way we make it is running jacobs, but why the FUCK did they send him on the outside instead of right down the middle???? that was a perfect scenario for jacobs to do what he does best, hes done it time and time again!!!

Coughlin was just interviewed on WFAN and he said that they ran an Off Tackle play because they had a similar situation (although it was a 3rd and short) and ran a toss to Jacobs and he gained 11 yards. He also said that Jacobs chose the wrong hole to run through. The line had opened a hole on Whitfield's side but Jacobs had already made the decision to go to the outside.

  3. While I agree with most of what you said, the Witten pass at the end of the game was a bad situation to call a blitz. One of the corners (I think that it was R.W.) was sent on a blitz and that left Wilson in 1-on-1 coverage with Terry Glenn. Demps ran over to help Wilson, and in the process he ran straight past Witten who was being trailed by Antonio Pierce. When the blitz couldn't get to Romo, he was able to find Witten in 1-on-1 with a LB and that is a dream for a TE. Now that's not to say that I'm excusing Demps, because he's shown that he was just a product of the Ravens defensive scheme... or he's just beneficiary of getting to play next to Ed Reed.

Also, they just showed the replay of the 4th and 1 on Sportscenter and Jacobs decided to bounce it outside WAY TOO EARLY. That play could've worked, but BJ just wasn't patient enough.

Now... It has been beaten to death and then some, but Hufnagle has to go. Number 1: It took this clown half the season to realize that you can't get your QB into a rhythm by throwing deep balls all the time. Number 2: FIVE TIMES WITHIN THE FIVE YARD LINE YESTERDAY THIS FOOL CALLS A PASS WHEN WE HAVE A 260LB MONSTER AS A RUNNING BACK! Granted, one of those plays was a TD to Burress, but WTF? Why is it that this guy can't seem to get it right? Is he getting paid to make horrible calls? I look at this offense from top to bottom and I think to myself that we should have over 35 points a game. Why are we struggling to hit 20? Answer: Hufnagle.

  4. Believe that shit if u want to. :P

This hardheaded coaching staff STILL thinks Eli posseses that cannon arm, the wind doesn't affect Eli, and Plax is a "legit" deep threat. All lies of course.

Be prepared for 7 step drops and the "Chuck and Prey" to Plax. And don't break your t.v. when the Giants not utilize Tiki/Jacobs/Shockey. I see the same o' shit. Pure frustration on the fan part.

I'm at work. If I break one of these TVs I will be shot... according to my manager.

  5. Off topic, but have you ever noticed that ESPN believes it will always take Mike Vick another year to learn the West Coast Offense?

Example: Vick doesn't meet expectations in year 3, ESPN "Expert" says:"Ya know, it usually takes about 4 years to learn this offense."

Vick doesn't meet expectations in year 4, ESPN:"Ya know, it usually takes about 5 years to learn this offense."

Vick has great 3 week stretch in year 5,"Well he's finally learned this offense and it's showing!! This guy is the best of all time!!!"

Vick has horrible 4 game stretch after great 3 game span, ESPN says:" Ya know, it usually takes about 6 years to fully grasp this offense."

I thought that I was the only one that realized that. :P

  6. There comes a time in an athletes life when he can't get away with not stretching. I think incorporating some kind of Yoga into their regular work out routies will tremendously help. Come to think of it only Toomer's injury couldn't have been prevented via Yoga and that shoud've been discovered had their been proper physical exam given.

All those Pectorial, Quad, Ham, foot..etc injuries are because these guys are not as flexible as they should be.

His and Luke's, but Luke's was a freak accident more than anything else.

  7. Believe me when I say, Nothing would please me more then for SOMEONE to tell Coughlin and Huffy to STFU.

Also Michael Vick just got fined for flipping someone off and pretty much telling them to go fuck themself, do you really want that type of shit happening here? If it happened everyone would be busy calling them immature and a cancer to the team.

You're right, Eli is no Phil Simms. He doesn't wear his emotions on his sleeve like other QBs, but before Everyone loved that about his personality, and now that he's in a slump everyone has a different tune.

  8. I'm saying that the greatest QB in Giants history didn't say a damn thing in the meetings either so why are we jumping on Eli for doing the same thing? Seems like a double standard to me. mws44 said it before, "Eli seems like he wants to lead by example. Given his recent play, I doubt that he felt like he was in a position to get on other players on the team." I think that if his play wasn't bad over the last few weeks he probably would've said something. Also what the fuck is wrong with Eli not showing emotion now that we have a losing streak going? Before you guys are like "Yea he doesn't let anything get to him. Eli's the man." and now "He needs to show some emotion and stop being a little kid."
