Tollefsen was the man. Good luck to him.
-
My favorite Giant too. I hope he stays, but I'd root for him on another non-NFCE team.
-
I also met Joe Morris when I was little at a card show. Got his autograph but I was star struck and barely said a word. My dad still makes fun of me for that haha.
-
I met Tiki one day, he was jogging but he stopped for a second and talked, seemed like a really nice guy. It made my day.
-
Me too, I'm glad he finished his career as a Giant.Jacobs was the man, I'm glad he came back this year.
-
Rough way to end the game, I'm glad that penalty wasn't the difference maker
-
I forgot to check the status of the third string qb in a meaningless game, my mistake. He wasn't even active, he couldn't have gotten a series or two...
-
The only thing I can think of is them not wanting to hurt his confidence, no one was catching anything.
He should have at least gotten a series or two though.
-
That backup quarterback has played pretty damn well the past couple months.Watching the Bears beat the shit out of their ragged defense with a backup QB
Gilbride sucks
But yeah, no excuse to lose to them twice. Pathetic.
-
Same here. I've watched it twice in the passed couple days. That made my day.
-
Great. 4pm is perfect. Doesn't kill the day or night.
-
Basically turn the second half of the season into a preseason game like mindset. I dig it.Until we are officially out, I disagree. Once we are eliminated, I'd bench every non-rookie starter and find out who is worth keeping from the 2nd string.
-
But a league leading 14 sportswrath threadsI just looked up his stats... 1 tackle this year. That's it. No sacks, no INT's no forced fumbles, no recovered fumbles.
-
I'm 4-1 with him and with shitty wrs...I've got Harvin on the bench, hopefully he can pick things up for me before playoffs
-
Haha. At least they have Cruz.Hopefully five offensive guards, six offensive tackles, and nine linebackers.
-
And just a couple years ago I remember reading the 1200 yard barrier as the new mark for running backs. Amazing how the league goes through phases. Though all stats seem to be on an upward trend.Yes, 300 yards is not nearly as impressive as it once was. Likewise for a 1000 yd WR, that should be bumped to 1200 yds.
On the other hand, a 1000 yd RB is still quite a feat.
-
I think they'll still finish with 6 to 9 wins. And 9-7 very well might win the division so all is not completely lost. That said, they need to pull a complete 180, and do it fast.
-
The Colts got a young, proven commodity at a position of need. I think it's a good move. Especially with Ballard hurt.
-
Pass to set up the draw play! It can't fail!i know you are half joking but i agree that we really should be throwing every down.
-
This gives the pass protection a big boost.
Someone called that Jacobs would get picked up and Ojomo released.
I think this is a good and necessary pickup. He can block, I'm sure he's got a few miles left though probably not many, and he'll be a good voice in the locker room. Plus he's the fuckin man.
-
Was JPP good in school? He looks smart, sophisticated.
-
Yeah the damn game is cursed.Fuck.....he was one of the few bright spots on defense last year.
Might be time to call Kenny Phillips.
Wouldn't be a Jets Preseason Game without a season-ending injury to a critical starter.
-
Haha, it was. It was as if he hit her in the face during warm ups. That was hysterical. The exp<b></b>ression on Tuck's face was a treasure.
-
Cox looked very quick. If the blocking is sound, the running game should be good.Cox kind of reminded me of Bradshaw before his feet were destroyed.
