it was. but there was an interception return for a td and another td set up by a turnover. if you look at holding the pats to 20 points, that is not terrible. the dog isn't saying that defense was anything special, but it was very effective in the playoffs...


your right, and if Caldwell doesn't drop a pass, the Patriots go to the super bowl that year. The D did step up, after being much maligned for most of the year, it would of been interesting to see if SD played the Colts. They were the #1 seed by far, Indy struggled against SD, SD always struggled against New England back then.

yep te is the biggest offensive threat on many teams now, and will only be a growing trend for sure.

good call on graham. i grabbed him up in 2 out of 3 leagues. guess which one i missed the playoffs in.
