RandolphScott
Macowiak can do for an offense things we have never seen before, problems solved...... I'm glad the Mets are cornering the market on 4th outfielders though.

Much like Obama's message during his campaign of "change", that is what we need at 2nd base, not "4 more years"

I cannot believe he is still the starting second baseman. It could be worse, at least we have a good catcher, oh wait.

The Mets don't have either corner outfielder spots filled, 2nd base filled or catcher filled. But hey, they signed Tim Redding......

But hey, they signed Tim Redding...... All the more sickening when you figure you could sign Manny, go over budget in 09 and spot start in Murphy for 350-400 at bats spelling Manny in LF, Delgado at 1B and Wright at 3B from time to time, then in 2010 you can go right back to the Wilpon budget by having Delgados 14 mil come off the books and play Murphy after a year of 350-400 at bats at 1B and hopefully not miss a beat. Maybe then too Martinez could start the year in another corner spot and if Murphy progresses enough you will have no worry about 2 young bats in the lineup. Mind boggling.....
