An astute football person knows that if you want the formula to win in the NFL then dominate on defense.......Martin is absolutely right. To think of drafting anyone in the first 4 rounds other then defensemen is insane.

 

Beside all you people who say we have a franchise QB and the greatest tight end in the world, isn't that enough. Give me an offense that can score twice and kick a field goal with a shut down defense and I'll be thrilled to deaath.

I agree with you. If we can have a dominating Defense like the bears had this past season we can go very far into the playoffs. We have a much better offense as is, but depth a WR is a concern. RB i think our depth is fine and I would rather stick ward/jacobs in there than an even more unproven rookie.

I disagree with you Nem, i've watched thiis guy play in FSU against good teams and im tellin you he is going to be a good line backer, kinda like Zach Thomas, whose only 5-11 228, but on the outside. He can be neutralized easily by putting a big Olineman on him but i dont think there are many fullbacks/TE's that will be able to block him effectively. Now Cromartie, i think he is a good possibility for us. We have older corners right now and we can use another good CB for the future when R.W and Madison are gone. Webster/Cromartie our 2 corners in a few years? i like it...

i'd be really happy if we drafted Sims but, I'd be happy as a faggot with a bag full of dicks if we landed Peterson or Lavar then drafted Bunkley.

Bunkley is gonna be a fuckin BEAST. I would really love to see him here but he'll be a top 15 pick i think. I really want the G-Men to sign Bernard and pick up Sims in the draft, even though i really like Arrington and i think he would do great in blue. I cant remember where i read it, i think espnnews that our FO is very interested in Arrington but the coaches dont want him... I'll try to find the article again

I've seen Sims and Cromartie play every year for FSU (a few in person). Sims is all over the field and he hits people hard. Cromartie is one of the best corners ive seen in college football. The guy can play. I wish he wasnt hurt this past year tho cuz FSU could have really used him

I would like to see them pick up either Ernie Sims or Antonio Cromartie in the first round, which ever is available. Sims first if they are both there. In FA i want them to pick up an experienced DB like Madison and even Hope from the steelers. And what you said martyr pick up a solid DT if robbins comes in out of shape again.

You know theres a reason why the Fag 4 (although i think its about 6 now) are on a message board discussing what the Giants should do and not in the FO making the real decisions.
