There only so many coaches and so many hours. You can't have two guys taking a coaches time Up, especially when you have games to Win.

Webb did not belong on a roster. Tanney had been around the NFL since 2013. He's guy who knows what to do. They can't devalope two guys. Not enough rescources.

I don't think Webb was very talented other then his arm. Had he been a 5 year Vet it would be him over Lulu. Kyle had the intangibles but not the arm. He's scrawny so maybe they are hoping his weight goes up and so will the arm strength. Neither are the solution.
