  1. well maybe they just need a change... and he figued this is the best way to do it that game might have been a moral victory for some of the players even the coaches but what it comes down to know we are 2 games out of first in the divison and just have to hope for wild card right now (and that is being optomistic)

so what are the chances Leon Hall will fall to us at 15???

  2. 1. Totally Disagree with you I loved that coughlin went for it and before the play i was hoping we were going for it, it was in that area of the field where it is a long fg and not worth a punt... the only thing i would say to do on that play would be to run to the right side of the line they are a little stronger with snee and mckenzee...

    2. You have to take the points when you can get them... you cant be trying to screw around wasting time this isnt ncaa/madden if you have a play that will get you the points do it i dont care how much time is left.

The thing i think needs the most imporvment on is what has been a problem before... good between the 20's but not inside of them def did not make enough out of some poessions

  3. I def love this kid Kiwi ill admit like the rest of you guys i was pissed when we drafted him but he has changed my minds... not alot to say i mean he made a few mental mistakes but he should learn from it tremdous up side too guys think about how skinny this kid if he puts on some muscle and can still move like he does now a BEAST....

    now to the secondary.....

  4. By golly, he's right.

Just because we've lost 3 in a row, including the latest which was a squandering of a 21 point lead against one of the worst teams in the league within a span of less than 15 minutes, there's no reason to doubt that they'll win a game against a team that's gone 3-1 in the last 4 games. Especially since we're back to full health, right?

I mean, most superbowl teams have history-making meltdowns during the course of a season. It's done, that base is covered.

Besides, it's not like we've seen a Giant team quit on a season before, is it? Ok, there was that one time three years ago, but that team lost faith in their coach. Oh wait...

Maybe these guys should shut up and play the game. I'm not interested in hearing their bullshit anymore, especially if they're not going to back it up. Hey Antonio, winning in overtime after giving up 30 points isn't exactly "payback."

When your contract is up, I'll still be here. How about you?

    totally agree with this

  5. just a matter of time till romo shits the bed... i keep saying that to myself atleat

i think he now has more games on tape that coaches can exploite what he does wrong, and he is getting to confident and will make decisions he wouldnt make before

rivers has LT and gates and the coach actully uses them approaite hes recivers run the routes make the catches and dont fumble Rivers has been playing great you cant take that away from him i just dont know how good of a career he will be.

  6. Nothing against Eli, but if you look at all our games, in the games we run 35, 36 times, around there, we are more dominating. Plus, running the ball wears the defense down and keeps our D on the sideline, and out of harms way. With our injuries mounting, tiki should be getting 25 carries at least and Jacobs getting 15

also when we pass we are usually down to begin with so we start to play catch up...

and when we do run we will give 10 or more carries at the end of the game to run down the clock..

  7. While I consider Houston a highly win-able game, I'm not chalking up a W until we play the game. Any team can win any week in this league if they're opponent hasn't prepared properly.

The win against Tampa Bay will be three-fold. It'll improve our overall record to 5-2 over perhaps the roughest opening schedule league-wide and perhaps the roughest opening schedule the Giants have seen in years. I said this in some thread yesterday, but secondly, it'll give us another edge over the Eagles. Somewhere in the long list of tiebreakers between division opponents compared is the records against like opponents. Eagles loss to Tampa Bay and our win against Tampa Bay would give us the edge. I don't think it'll get down to that level of the tiebreaker, but if it sets us ahead of the Eagles or any of our other division opponents at all, I'm happy about it. And lastly, it would better our conference record to 5-1 (Philadelphia, Washington, Dallas, Atlanta, Tampa Bay = 5 // Seattle = 1).

If we beat Tampa, Houston is gonna be a tough game it will be one of the biggest traps in recent years, riding hte winning streak and seeing the big game with the bears the following week.
