I feel like this team is abandoing GIANTS football that is a good defense and an average offense... They want to become the colts not be able to play defesne but have a very good offense

I hate this i think we need to address the defesne more then anything else right now

The main concern should be the defense and eye up a vet wr in FA and a quick shifty back later in the draft, but focus on defense more then anything else right now.

I guess they know something that we don't.

hey we are not in a rebuliding stage right now we have the core of this team there is no reason to bring in a new gm even a coach and just rehaul everything this team has done, the core is there and lets leave it there just have to polish it up and then we can talk about winning some playoff games

If we are going to look at DT i think at 20 most realistic will be Pitcock from Ohio St. If we go OLB I would love Paul Posluszny or Timmons from FSU but I woulld be happy with Jon Beson he is real fast and might be able to cover somebody out of the back field. Secondary who wouldnt want Leon Hall but he wont be there and not worth trading up for when you can get a guy like out of fresno st. Marcus McCauly

on offense i think we have much bigger needs then to draft a rb in the first unless someone falls but assuming that does not happen i think we would need to look at wr and there are some good ones in the draft and now being realistic with wich players will fall to us i think the best wr at 20 would be Sidney Rice from South Carolina he has great speed and pretty tall at 6 4

It will be somebody Coughlin has worked with before look for somebody like Capers or Greg Williams if possible

capers did jack shit with the texans d except get them 30-32 ranked defence

and he was also the HC not DC not to mention the talent they had on that defense try to name somebody on the texans d all that comes to mind in that time period was Daunta Robinson a corner and i think that had an average lb and a decent S what else do you want the guy to do with them when he wasnt calling the plays

Eli will remain in an offense he is used to for the last year in the coughlin regime not have 3 different systems in 3 years (Huffnagel/Gilbride, whoever they would have brought in, the new coach) and he didnt do anything to lose his job in the last 2 games

well if you want to blame it on the offense in the first half insted of the defense you can say that philly should have scored insted of convereted for 3 fg's

when we needed the defense the most they were non existant that is all it comes to

him and bj are both power back we would need a faster scatt back type to compliment BJ

jason bell did step up today and played a pretty good game, if he was a little faster or played closer to the line he could have had a few more plays but he did step up well yesterday

Maybe that play can spur Shockey on next year when it happened I though to myself

i think he had his head on right this game didnt seem like a dick to eli or anything but still played with that shockey attitude and doing what ever it takes to win attitude

once they find a new gm TC is done, hte GM will bring in a HC he can work with and build up this team

I am not blaming the refs for this the defense needed to hold the eagles and not let them run out 5 min and 4 sec and get in fg range

we also got away with some things including a big p.i. call the only thing that i thought was horrible was the whole runyan situation

and sam madison has said that he likes playing up on recivers and hitting them.... the prolem is the eniter defense is a step too slow mcquartes lost speed over the years, emmons is the slowest moher fucker around always late to the ball, and sam madison is slower then he used to be
