i voted jacobs but i think what is important is that there is a good mix and i think they usualloy need to bring bradshaw in a series before they put him in.. but jacobs is big in terms of wearing down the defense espcially puting licks on bruschi and co.

I think you are actually right with the shockey comment he does need to settle down relax and focus more of his energy on football ( not saying he does not work hard) that is just how i see it from this far away view...

I am defiently taking coughlin over fassel even though i was not a huge coughlin supporter when he was originally hired. I do not belive that fassel ever made the playoffs back to back this is the third consecutive year in the playoffs now and we are going to the superbowl.

tony ugoh is not a first round talent a bad pick for us there i would rather go secondary with Revis, Ross, or Nelson... and possibly Jon Beason over Ugoh tough in that draft with the 3 picks before us going in order, willis, poz, timmons

Weakside: Wilkinson

Middle: Pierce

Strong: Whichever OLB we draft 1st round

 

Wilk and the 1st pick could switch sides, and Blackburn could make a strong push too for an OLB position, but in the end that is who it will be. Not entirely a bad situation with two young guys with Pierce being a strong leader/teacher inbetween.

Chas will have his shot to earn a starting job when camp starts, if we do draft an OLB #1 that does not mean that he will be starting come day one... look at Bobby Carpenter at Dallas... Chase will get his opp to get that spot i just think Puz or Timmons would take it away

What are the chances Paul Posluszny will be there at 20? If he's gone, what other OLB's might be available?

Not that this means anything but in Mel Kiper Jr's draft he has us take Puz at 20 before he had us with Timmons from FSU I think/ hope it comes down to Chris Houston CB Arkansas (fastest 40 time and most reps at 225) or Puz

I am not sure what future Finn has with the team. He was more of a finesse-blocker that worked very well with Tikis style of running. By trying to bring in a power blocker Reese is sending a clear signal that he wants an old-school Giants team that uses a dominating running game to control the clock. And Finn does not seem to be cut from the mold that kind of an offense requires.
