hey i can handle that request... i've been kind of MIA the last couple weeks... hopefully i can get some people caught up. it might take me a while, but i'll get it done. post back here when its finished...

haha sorry - didn't mean to be confusing... i was just saying a lot of people have trouble with cutting out the players... and it seems like a lot of people have used this eraser technique: basically you zoom in to about 500% (View - Zoom In). Then you click the eraser tool, and set its size to 5 or 6 pixels (There's a click and drag bar up at the top in the eraser's options bar). You start at a 100% strength (also an option on that menu) and erase roughly around the player. Then you lessen the strength to about 30% and erase right up to the player. You just sort of work away everything except the player you want cut out. hope that made sense. here's a tutorial on the boder i was talking about: http://www.pslover.com/click/2608

how come does it look off? i used transparency so it doesn't have a background color. just curious cause on my end it looks like it matches. i saved it as a .gif and a .png... thought the .png looked better. let me know though, that was my first sig with something outside a border.

couple observations: size - sometimes a bigger sig can look nice, but most of the time it just enlarges little mistakes... you might want to try and crop it down a little bit on top and bottom. background - pretty cool looking except for the color, if that matched the dolphins teal it might look nice. cutting - i know its kind of a pain... i use the free form lasso tool, but some people have said using a small, gradually lighter eraser works well. you just erase everything except the player. sometimes adding a small inner and outer glow to the final cut-out can also soften a rough cut. oh and border - sometimes a good border really makes a sig look finished anyways just my thoughts. keep at it though cause you have something there!

hey that is pretty good! just as a simple example, something like this for text might look good: if you are looking for fonts, try www.dafont.com with a little tweaking, that sig could be very nice...

Graphics: Sigs, Avatars, Walls Request Guidelines: 1. FIRST: to make a request, start a new thread in the Graphics Request Forum... This will keep this post clean, especially if you end up posting pictures... 2. If you are requesting a sig of a relatively unknown player, please provide some photos for me to work with. Likewise, if you are requesting a sig of an extremely popular player, you may want to post some pictures so that I can either use them or use something similar. Keep in mind that higher resolution photos always make for higher quality sigs. 3. When making a request, list any specifics you'd like me to include on the sig. Your SN Additional Text other than the player/team's name A certain look you want to achieve (unique color scheme, etc.) Etc. 4. It will usually take me at least a day to complete a sig. Based on my somewhat busy and always changing schedule, the wait could be longer. Once I respond saying that I'm going to make your sig, it shouldn't take more than a few days. Thats it - I don't mind overly specific requests, and I don't mind requests that leave it all up to me. Once the sigs are done I'll post a copy in your original thread and a duplicate in this thread to keep track of the work. Thanks!
