  1. might be going to a yankee home opener not the opener since the opener is in oakland i think. prob goin to a few mets games too. my friend found this package like 6 mets games including a yankee game and u sit in the lower tier for like 90 bucks a seat and hes gonna get 4 of those 2 for me and my girl and two for him and his girl. pretty good deal if u think about it.

  2. By that stat, it shows that his second best quarter is his first. And against the Chargers, Rams, and other teams, he did prove he can play in the first quarter.

[/u]Two accurate spirals, you have a link for that? ;)[u

    im looking :TU:

  3. i've seen eli throw about two accurate spirals in his career so far. hes never gonna live up to his expected career. he also proved he can lead comebacks but can not play early. leading comebacks does not help if your not in range to come back.

    1ST QUARTER 132 71 53.8 842

    2ND QUARTER 155 82 52.9 1119

    3RD QUARTER 115 55 47.8 669

    4TH QUARTER 145 83 57.2 1091

  4. If we could get our hands on Glover I would probally piss my pants out of excitement. He would make our dline so dominant.

i wouldnt say dominate but it would be a good line ya. NFC East is gonna hav some good defense this year. :TU:

  5. thank god this guy sucked ass with the Yankees. :brooding:

Pavano should get the boot as the pussy is gonna start on DL on Opening Day.

pavano has got some weird mental problems. the same thing that was going around about manny only pavano really does have it.

  6. well its about time i couldnt believe it when the yankees even signed this guy i mean really the guys a freakin retard he punkched a wall. what was the wall talkin trask to him or what

actually he punched a wall after the yankees signed him so that has nothing to do with signing him.

  7. That's what they said about Randy Johnson but he didn't do so great. Stottlemyre must have done some stuff with Chacon to make him more consistent. Ever since he arrived with the Yankees, he had the opposite situation where he had more command of his stuff when if anything when pitchers arrive there, they lose it a bit.

I can't say that Chacon will be great this year but I can see why he was drafted.

ok i can agree with you there.

  8. With Frerotte as QB, they overacheived, big time. They were so confused at QB going into the season and for the most part unless you have a completely dominating defense like the Bears did, you're only as good as your QB. You can't say with a straight face that you expected Frerotte to carry the Dolphins somewhat down the stretch.

Saban had yet to prove anything heading into the season, so you couldn't have called him a great coach. Going into his second season, now you can seeing what he had done to this team, motivating them to win six straight games down the stretch despite playing for nothing.

you say "you can never have expected frerotte to carry the team down the stretch" well he didnt. where did the team get carried. they didnt go anywhere. ;)

  9. His 7-3 record with a 2.85 ERA with the Yankees full of quality starts says so.

i really like chacon. i mean i'm a yankee fan and even the day they got me be4 he pitched a game for the yankees i said he was gonna be good. he had a 3.87 ERA on the Rockies and with that ERA you can be succesful on the yankees. but i just think hes like aaron small (only better) you dont know what your gonna get. albert pujols you know your gonna get a huge season with a ton of hits and homeruns. but with some guys (chacon as one of them) you just dont know.

  10. The Dolphins shocked me this year going 9-7. And I'm sure they shocked their own fans. Even in that division, it was looking terrible for them. Gus Frerotte was their QB and their o-line absolutely sucked with a rookie coach. They wound up winning six down the stretch to gain some momentum heading for the 2006 season.

When you come off a 4-12 season, expecting 9-7 no matter which team it is would be too much of an expectation.

i'm not saying the fins shouldve done better that they underachieved. im just saying i think they couldve done better with their schedule and with the team they had. obviously saban is a great coach and even though he only had 800 yards brown proved something to me.

  11. It's not that bad. I wouldn't call it first place caliber but it is okay. Kohjima can do some nice things for him if he makes the proper transition into the majors from Japan. Kent has always been a decent player, can't see why he'd get bad all of a sudden now. Iguchi's a solid player, will get him some points. Glaus in that revamped lineup with the Blue Jays will probably do some good things, so that's a nice pick for third basemen. Pheralta's got excellent potential at SS and was great for me last year after I picked him up.

His OFs also have potential. He's going to get some very nice numbers out of Crawford and Bay is one of the up and coming stars in the league despite being with the Pirates. And Lee as we all know is an excellent power hitter and should only do better this season with guys like Rickie Weeks, Prince Fielder, etc batting around him. Oh yeah, if Beltre does with the Mariners like he did with the Dodgers two years ago, that's an excellent pick.

His pitchers aren't pathetic. They actually have talent. Burnett has yet to prove something but maybe he'll find himself in Toronto. Pettite was unbelievable down the stretch for the Astros and I wouldn't be surprised if he picked up right where he started. Francisco's a very good reliever. Jorge Sosa went 13-3 last year for the Braves so that was a steal for this team. Zach Duke is one of the up and coming star pitchers in the league. He's a lefty and went like 6-0 in his first six games before he got injured. He's going to be very good. Chacon will probably do just as good this year as he did last year and with the Yanks new lineup, that should be enough. Small confused me a bit because he could've gotten him on waivers. And despite pitching in a hitter's ballpark, Eaton is still a very good pitcher and should get some wins behind that excellent hitting staff.

So when I look at that team, I don't see where you get pathetic or terrible from.

maybe i overrexagerated but one thing you said alot was possibly, potential, stuff like that. his team isn't solid they can do good but it looks like its not gonna be hard to be a team of busts.

  12. Well, the Jets were at full health at that point in the season and the Dolphins were without Ricky and hadn't really gotten anything going. That Bronco game was most likely a fluke.

Jets even beat the Bucs. Personally, I don't think the Bucs are that good but they still beat a division winner.

but with the dolphins division for them to only go 9-7 is bad i mean the cowboys only went 9-7 with a much harder schedule. not just the division but other games too. i mean 4 games out fo the year the dolphins get the bills and jets.

  13. man this is weird my cpu isnt workin. What a terrible team. that team is pathetic. i mean castillo on the bench but iguchi playing. your pitching is pathetic. i mean come on who takes aaron small the guy is 30 and just came up from the minors. who was your first pick carl crawford? chacon, small, and johjima went undrafted in my league with 12 people. bad team i wouldnt be surprised if you finish in the bottom 3 of your league. is wat i meant to put but it cut off idk y.

  15. Round 4, by the Dallas Cowboys.

if they can get 2 more years out of bledsoe they definetly dont need to be drafting a QB now. Even if they do want bledose to like be a mentor it's not gonna work with vick. Vick doesnt listen to anyone hes gonna be a tough NFL player to handle for a coach or another teammate.

  16. i'm not saying vick is a great guy who deserves to be drafted. i actually think the complete opposite but i go with gateb al davis just loves these kind of guys. look at the players he's taken over the years. i wouldn't be surprised if they pick up T.O.

  17. out of those guys glover has proven himself the most (i think). i'm pretty pissed the cowboys cut him but we got a strong line anyway. I think Ferguson is gonna take his place. i can see why dallas cut him though if they play 3-4 theres no place for him on the line with spears or coleman on one end and ellis on the other and ferguson in the middle. So why hold on to his contract if he's not gonna play. the only thing i hav against it is that the defensive line switch for dallas worked pretty well last year.

  18. What is expected of Towers btw?

idk but i took him too in the last round. i'm a lil upset with my pitching.
