  1. he was an idiot before the contract too, but he is on his best behavior when it counts and we have a superbowl championship because of it and we have an 11-1 record because of it and depsite the off-field stuff. For me it's just a case of taking the good with the bad
We don't need him. despite what you claim. We have several receivers who are just as good at catching the football as he is but none of them have shit for brains like he does.

  2. There's no point in getting into whether or not he should be going to a club. Obviously, he should be home. If not for his family, then for himself and his job. Anyone who thinks that the previous incident where he "had to take his kid to school" wasn't club/alcohol related are kidding themselves. This guy has already been suspended and fined hundreds of thousands because he is living a destructive lifestyle. Then this.

But even if you excuse the fact that he insists on living the party lifestyle in-season even though he knows it has affected his responsibilities to his family and to the NY Giants, you cannot excuse the fact that he took a loaded gun into a club and drank. That is the height of stupidity and irresponsibility. Just for the fact that if in fact he bobbled it and it went off, then the safety was not on either. Nobody should be giving this guy a pass because he played well last year and we won a SuperBowl. The fact is, he could've killed someone or himself because of his irresponsibility. And he could be facing felony weapons charges because of all this.

He's a problem, and he's doing it to himself. He is a liability to this team now. Last year is over. It doesn't matter if he has all the talent in the world, and he broke every receiving record there ever was last year. He needs to change his lifestyle. The Giants need to, at minimum, suspend/deactivate him for the remainder of the season, and go after his money in a big way.

After that, they need to come alongside of him and try to help him, because he is a reckless individual, out of control and he needs help. But he has to be willing. If he is willing, then they should go ahead and let him be on the team next year. But he has to prove that this lifestyle is behind him. He has to get some counseling, go to rehab, whatever he needs to do, and start living right. And the Giants can't dictate that to him, he needs to decide that for himself. But the Giants should request this of him and tell him his future as a Giant depends on what he does next.

What you didn't mention and what can change the Giants plans for this fool, is what are going to be the actions of the NYC Police and the Manhattan District Attorney. Will he be arrested for having an unlicensed pistol? If he is and he goes to court, he could receive a prison sentence. If that happens, the NFL Commissioner will probable take action that will effect his career. He should be made an example of and have his career severly impacted.

  3. Hixon is fucking awesome.

Seriously drop Plax take the cap hit and let Hixon start. He just gets the job done.

Todays NY Daily News had a really large article about Hixon and his life. His father was an army sargent and is now a police officer. He, unlike that worthless piece of shit named Plaxico, was raised properly. For a change, we have found a subject that we agree on. the Giants should not have garbage on their team.

  4. if he did in fact carry a loaded handgun into a club in NYC he has bigger problems than a hole in his leg. He is going to jail I think.

I know he doesn't have a NY carry permit. Almost impossable to get unless former law enforcement.

think it is mandatory jail otherwise.

I think that he has a personality problem. It seems that he firmly believes that he is a person who is above authorities (law- team rules- etc) and he can do anything that he wants. I believe that Jerry Reese will take the actions of him into consideration. Personally, if he guilty of a gun law violation, I hope that the NFL Commissioner takes appropriate action against this arrogant asshole.

  5. He was a dealer, and a big one at that, not a user. I still think 27 years is a bit harsh but most of us don't know the full story. His gang, which apparently he was the leader, could have carried out hits on rival gangs.
This article also states that "Four co-conspirators. who turned against Mark Tynes and cooperated with authorities, are out of jail. Tynes refused to cooperate with authorities and his sentence was extended from 151 months to 324 months over allegations of witness intimidation."

  6. The front page of this paper has a photo of Lawrence Tynes and a headline that says:" Giant hero's desperate plea" -"Pardon my brother"

He is seeking a White House order freeing his jailed convicted brother Mark, a convicted drug trafficker doing 27 years. He acknowledges his older brother's guilt but believes the sentence is overly harsh. This was his second felony drug charge. This conviction was in 2004 as the kingpin of a syndicate that transported 3,600 pounds of marijuana between Texas and Florida.

I am surprised that I am the first board member to bring this to the attention of everyone. Opinions of other members would be appreciated.

  7. Well, it was a holding cell inside the stadium, and then they release you from the city jail down the street. It was bullshit. I wasnt even in the actual altercation. I was coming back from taking a piss, and a Cards fan started yelling at me merely because I had Giant gear on. SoCal had to take a shuttle bak to the airport and I had to get back to the hotel so I could get my car. As soon as I get the cameras, I'll post the stuff.
You are a true Giants fan and I admire you very much. :worshippy:  :worshippy:

  8. He isn't a moron. 12 year olds don't have the mental capacity to willingly make the kind of disgusting posts that kid makes. I blame his parents for raising such a horrible human being.
As I told you before. my parents, may their souls rest in peace, should not be referred to by a moran like you. It's too bad that your mother did not have an abortion when you were inside her. If she had, both she, your father and the rest of board members would be happier.

  9. Dallas is now LAST in the division!
Bad Egg, where are you??? Your hero's, the cow turds showed their football ability today. Don't you have something to say or are you being the coward that your team has as players?

  10. Yes, I do. I believe that will make officials adhere to the rules and make the game more fair. Don't you agree or are you a supporter of inefficient officials?
Now I am requesting other board members to post their opinions on the need to make public actions by the commissioner against officials who screw up their calls.

  11. Oh so you want world wide media attention when an NFL ref blows a call? Sure I guess there no better news out there :LMAO:
Yes, I do. I believe that will make officials adhere to the rules and make the game more fair. Don't you agree or are you a supporter of inefficient officials?

  12. lol they do that also.

When they apologize for a call.

Seriously the NFL isnt as biased as you think it is.

Do you know where the actions by the comissioner against officials is published? I have never seen it made public in my local newspapers.

  13. ...They do. Their loose their paycheck for the game plus can loose future games.

Their tested every week by the NFL along with reviewed....their not out there just slacking it.

if this is true and an official that doesn't meet the standards is fined, the commissioner should make public his action against the official. He makes public actions by him against players, so in fairness to everyone in the game should actions against officials that don't meet game standards should be published. Equality for all is the way to go.

  14. Jesus I know, right? Pretty soon it'll be two hand touch for QBs.
The Giants should send the film of the clean hit by Tuck to the Commissioner. After he reviews it and sees the incorrect penalty call on Tuck, he should fine the official that made that lousy call. Officials should be held to high standards and penalized when they don't meet them. :furious:
