I know there is the thought of Oliver as a 4-3 3-tech at the next level. I think he has the athleticism I'd want to take a chance on as the Giants' 3-4 5-tech...Watt-like upside with his hand in the dirt there, IMO.

For the Giants it would be a 4i/5t they basically use two 5t's

Duke also has some pretty bad talent around Jones if put you Jones on Ohio St he's putting up similar numbers to Haskins

I've watched some film on him... some people have him going before Quinnen Williams. He definitely makes some plays but he also seems to get pushed back or stalemated by bigger guards (which are all the NFL is).

 

I think he might be a nice player at 17 if we wanna take a chance on him at DE but I'll be pissed if we draft him at 6... especially if Williams is still there.

He played out of position at NT.I think he's the pick at 6 with Devin Bush at 17 they'll have a DL with 5t-Hill NT-Tomlinson 3t-Oliver

I've heard the Giants DON'T like Haskins. He's the one pushing the Giants, but on their end it's been meh. They are drafting Daniel Jones

I'd like Trayvon Mullen in round 2. Getty was able to find James Bradbury in Carolina who's been good

17 is way high for Brown. If they went WR at 17 it's either N'Keal Harry or Hakeem Butler

 

 

No way does Gettleman take a small, indecisive QB with a bit of an attitude. I think they go Metcalf and Jones

They want Eli to have his farewell tour. Then 2020 is basically Gettleman's imprint on the team, heavy run game, Big QB, Big WR, 7 DT's on defense

I don't know it's hard to take a guy who's been around a year and then 'fixing' him to your system. Like people have said it's a combo of both bad team and him not looking great

White is more quick than fast, but he's not really slow and he's plenty athletic.

Also, Gettleman has in the past taken a flyer on a lightly experienced, strong armed, mobile QB with high upside before in Cam Newton, hasn't he? Will he try to replicate that here with Haskins?

Haskins is nothing like Newton. He's not as big, doesn't have Newton's arm strength and isn't as mobile

The only thing about Hankins is, everything you read about him, nothing really stands out. Doesn't have the best arm strength, is pretty accurate but only from the pocket, the dude moves in cement.

 

It's pretty much cut and paste from any other QB in the draft every year.

I am higher on Drew Lock than Haskins

I hate to think we are in position to draft them next year

Trade up like Rams and Eagles did for Goff/Wentz

 

I'm afraid Haskins is another Jamies Winston.

I am not sure Haskins is can't miss either honestly I could live without him. This was a two year plan for Gettleman to build the roster then get the QB. I'd probably kick myself more if they miss on Tua or Herbert in 2020 because they have Haskins
