  1. Had a bad week. Should have played Cousins and Peterson in more of my formats. Played a lot of Yeldon and Cam/Dalton McFadden too. Ugh.

I made some nice picks tho in certain spots

Jordan reed. Crockett Gillmore for 5,000 Cousins for 6500, I just couldn't put it all together

  2. He's got chronic leg injuries that will never go away and it'll always be a tweaked calf or a groin, quad, etc... Look at what happens to NYG WRs who perform very well early in there NyG career

    Manninham

    Steve Smith

    Hixon (3 fucking acls)

    Hakeem Nicks

    Victor Cruz

They all homegrown and all played at pro bowl levels (manningham not really, Nixon yes on KR/PR/ST and all end up done

Nicks and cruz still in the league but not The same players.

  3. IF I win big and my 1st week I came so close that if I started Ben Watson against NyG instead of Delanie Walker I would have won over $6000!!

But yea it's safe to say I'm addicted and if I win soon will quit my jobs and try to make it my career

  4. I only do tournaments

    Bets between $1-$25

I've played 2 weeks now, won $400 on 2 $10 entries with matching lineups at 174 points !!

I cashed out $300 and gambled $100 on entries last week with 8 diff lineups in leGues $1-$25 and only won back 22.25 but my bonus kicked in so even tho I'm down $80 from last weeks winnings I still have $30 in my account to play 2 $2 leagues, 5 $1 tourneys, a 10 dollar tourney, a $5 tourney and some $1 NBA tourneys till Sunday.

If I lose this week and account is empty I might add $25 to account but maybe not.

So far I've deposited $25, received a check for $300 from winnings, and I'm still playing with some scrap money remaining on the account

  5. You think Nate Washington can be a good value/steal this weak? Or Aiken from Baltimore

I like some of the cheap WRs this week

Btw do you play Thursday's too or just Sunday/Monday leagues?

I've been doing sun/mon but wondering if I should really be in the ones with Thursday involved too

  6. I'm curious to see Jpp at his lighter weight, he's incredible agile at his college weight and rookie year weight around 270 but seemed way stiffer then expected at 285-290, I swear when I saw him at training camp in 2011 he was 290-300 pounds. He was next to tuck and I saw them both and tuck looked amazing in shape, but was clearly atleast 25-30 pounds lighter and tuck was at minimum 265 when I saw him.

But I feel JPP and come in and really be a factor

  7. I think this is BIG BIG news for us.

    1) It shows that JPP's recovery was better than most of us naysayers were thinking and that he is capable of playing competitive football in the NFL...this year itself. Compounding the fact that we have absolutely no pass rush at all, its a pretty symbiotic relationship since no other team was going to take a shot at JPP.

    2) I think JPP has worked extra hard in the meantime to bring himself/keep himself to football ready shape. I really liked his post where he said he is thankful and that this has been a very humbling experience for him. I mean come on - he was just doing what millions of Americans do on 4th of July - lighting fireworks - it was his shitty fucking luck that it exploded in his hand. Its not like he raped someone or crashed his car in a DUI or some shit like that. It was very unfortunate for him and not something we guys should be holding against him as if he let everyone down on purpose.

    3) He realizes he made a mistake and that things were unfortunate for him and he also realizes that the way things played out right after weren't to the best of everyone's interests - either that or the media completely blew the whole thing out of proportion. And he knows that the Giants will reward him and take care of him if he can bring his game to the field for the team that has stood by him all the while. I think if anyone then JPP would have the biggest chip on his shoulder and fire in his heart to perform and help this team on the D line.

His leaner form will give him quickness but just the fact that he is there on the line makes the OL guys keep one eye on him and that automatically might make the others on the line get better I hope.

I for one am ecstatic with his signing and I feel he is going to contribute big time this year. Maybe Im building castles in the clouds but hey, Im still happy.

    100% agreed, very well said.

    +1

  8. Question: could the Giants have drafted him, and then given him a fat contract, or would they have been boxed in because of some rookie cap?

No there is a strict rookie cap old fellow.

    Been well mentioned around here.

However maybe some cash under the table is a different story, see Jerry Jones maybe?
