Well, Mother Nature tried but she couldn’t stamp out Daily News Mets beat writer Adam Rubin’s in-studio appearance on our commercial-free, no one makes a dime from it, Long Island Sports Talk radio show Thursday night. A direct lightning hit to our antenna put us out from 9PM to 9:30PM, so instead of 2 hours of all Mets talk, you have 90 minutes of all Mets talk.
