xxi-xxv
or one half of what it was a year ago. Still lots of ball to be played, but the team looks better and more prepared.
jranieli
There is a lot of ball left to be played but I am pretty confident this year for a 5 reasons. 1. Guys like Delgado have been put this team on their backs. 2. Pen is much better besides Heilman. 3. Jerry Manuel 4. No Willie 5. No Willie
Jay Lesner
Plus there's no Willie.

RandolphScott
If the Mets had Justin Tuck they would never lose. We saw he could play some at the celebrity softball game in Yankee Stadium.
xxi-xxv
27 blown saves digest that TWENTY SEVEN. It all starts and stops there. THree guys with 100 plus rbi's, 4 guys with 100 runs scored, lead league in OB% and least amount of K's and yet, they are about to blow it again. A decent bullpen converts half those games and the Mets have a 10 game lead. Awfuljust awful, thank god the Brewers might bail the NL east out.
