  1. i saw boss struggle alot last year in blocking. i think boss is an average blocker on his best day. i consider shockey a good blocker.
  2. im sure we'll get some full articles later but heres some things i read: In one hour of practice I've heard more from Perry Fewell than I did all season from Bill Sheridan. Dodge has a bunch of nice and long punts, maybe 45 to 50 yards. Shanked one but looked like that was his try at angling to sideline. Some scouting reports questioned P Matt Dodge's leg strength. After finally seeing him in person, I question those reports. JPP has one nice play when he comes around right edge + gets in face of Holy Cross QB Dom Randolph. Perry Fewell is loud and energetic. He's screaming at D: Let's get som turnovers! Let's get to the football!"
  3. the cheese and imperfections are a huge reason like the tars so much. i use them on a few other forums i post on as well. the feagletar is the stuff of legend.
  4. i want us to sign henderson whether we trade cofield or not.
  5. did people really say boss is 10x the blocker that shockey is? shockey is at least twice the blocker that boss is.
  6. im not an expert on the tampa 2 but id love a system where our corners played man, and our safeties played like a cover 2 zone back there.
  7. I can make a case that Jeff Feagles is personally responsible for our 2007 Super Bowl win.(i know its a stretch but its funny anyway) In 2005 David Tyree made the probowl as a special teamer, not for his returns but mostly because of him downing a great number of punts inside the 5 yard line. Not saying he didn't do a great job but Feagles was killin it that season and just putting them right there for the downing. I think a lot of players could have did what Tyree did that season with the way Feagles was punting. That season is what earned Tyree the label of special teams ace, and it was his special teams play that kept him on the team, he was never exactly lighting it up at the WR spot. Flash forward to 2007 and the greatest play in superbowl history, without that play the giants probably do not win the superbowl, so there you have it. Jeff Feagles is singlehandedly responsible for the Giants 2007 Super Bowl win.
  8. i really hope we sign this guy. it would be like our norman hand signing a few years back, except i think henderson will be more effective.
  9. Rodney Williams i remember a game vs the cowfags back then, the announcers(i dont remember who) were talking about how he and then cowboys qb quincy carter went to highschool together and carter had barely beat out williams for the qb job. williams was quick too i swear dude ran like a 4.45 or something.

  11. If they ever honor Jeff Feagles at a giants game, the ceremony should take place near the sideline and inside the 5 instead of midfield.
  12. here is a link to the twitter photo account of giants vp of communications providing us with pics of the designs: http://tweetphoto.com/user/1022624 and a link to his twitter page: http://twitter.com/giantspathanlon the designs are legit, the photo i posted is an artists rendering of what it will probably look like on gameday.
  13. thank you jeff my feagles jersey is now a collectors item.

  15. yeah but its nice that we are going back to that instead of the white writing on grass background.
  16. except recent history where we've had just plain white writing on grass. i also dont remember ever having a helmet at midfield.
  17. rendering of what it will look like on gameday:
  18. i dont get how he'd be dumb enough to be mad about eli playing over him. what a douche.
  19. yeah hopefully a few times this season we can hear "number 62 is an eligible receiver" during some games.
  20. no this thread isnt about Jack at all. Will someone please get this assclown off my tv? hes been filling in for jay crawford on espn first take and i want to punch him in the mouth. the other day i heard this clown talking about qb's and he said these 2 gems: "when i was with san francisco we let alex smith sit blah blah blah" dude, you were signed for a bout a week to the niners. "when i was with new york we drafted eli and we let him sit behind kurt and it worked out good blah blah blah" dude, you were cut on september 2nd. he irritates me.
  21. im not sure but ive read adrian wilson comparisons.
