Please Rod Thorn and Ratner did not want to lower payroll they have a consortium of Owners including Jay Z..who didn't want to fork up 28 million up front for KMart their first year...totally understandable and it did facilitate getting Carter and resign Jefferson.Plus we still have the Clips 1 for next year though they are better.
