Ditto
On that double by Hefner to Melky’s right, it didn’t look like he put the usual effort into catching the ball. I’m wondering if he bruised some ribs on that crash into the wall a couple of weeks ago. Being a rookie, he may not be saying anything for fear of being taken out of the line up. Funny, I remember you saying that Torre will never have to talk to Melky about non hustling. If Melky is fine then what did Melky do, or better yet not do on that play? I could swing the bat fine after a couple of weeks, but wasn't into any spectacular defense endeavors for a month and a half.
so-cal dub
If he is, he should do it more often. Grand Salami time!
