Titans winning.  Carolina just tied it up

Tennessee and Cleveland wins with our loss helped.  Losing on Thursday will further separate us from Dallas too.  Need a New England and Jacksonville win here in next few weeks.

Go Vegas!

This was a good day.

Drew Lock was grateful to be on the bench come halftime.  He didn't hurt his stock in 2024 for free agency in 2025.  Today is one of the many opportunities to show the fan base that DeVito can sit safely on the practice squad after clearing waivers.  There was some concern he was good enough to be a backup elsewhere in the NFL.  I believe this also opened some eyes to the possibility of not drafting a first round QB in the draft for 2025.  Travis Hunter and Mason Graham would be excellent additions.

Thats still OK - neither of those teams will draft a QB either way

Vikings make a ton of sense, other than the message it sends to Darnold and the team.  Kind of a vote of no confidence for a team to sign him when they have a less than secure QB situation.

Bills are really interesting. Wouldn’t that be just a fun fucking story line. Our coach and GM come from them, our QB goes to them. I hope that doesn’t happen, lol.

Daniel needs a place like that though. Or Detroit. Spend a year or two regrouping, spot play, impress people with limited opportunities and get a shot to stay in a couple years somewhere as a free agent.

I feel like the worst case situation could be one where he ends up starting a playoff game with just a free weeks on a team and like bad and “confirms” the Daniel sucks impression.

He’s a mentally tough kid, good teammate, smart, likable, distantly his teammates absolutely love him even if they are only with him a year. He has literally every trait he needs except the ability to play at a high level. I hope he lands in a good spot and has a successful career.

This the best thing for DJ would have been to ride the bench and carry the clip board for two or three years.  Too much too soon was the case for him in NY.
