Yeah its never too early to start playing for draft position.  Watching the Jets play makes me happy that I'm a Giants fan.  Never seen so much talent wasted every week.

I know it's disappointing to see Jayden Daniels lead the first-place Commanders to an exciting last-second victory, but don't forget we had those three wins with Tommy DeVito last season. Nobody can ever take that away from us

Same can be said for Seattle win this year.  Losing tonight should get us top 3 draft pick.  Winning likely puts us at 10 or 11.

Should they have benched DeVito last year?

I think it's a "two things can be true at the same time" thing.  The team and players want to win and should be happy with the DeVito victories, and the fan base is also correct that if we had just tanked we'd have our franchise QB right now instead of whatever is getting trotted out for the next ten games.

well, this place used to blame Coughlin, why is the coach no longer the culprit?

Burning three time outs IN THE FIRST QUARTER of a game is a sign of major dysfunction, lol.

The offensive management is bad enough...but I also cannot believe they fired a defensive head coach, and then put their defensive coordinator, who has no HC experience, into the HC role, leaving their defensive management barebones. One would logically think you'd bring in a guy like Vrabel or something, and keep Ulbricht (a good DC) as the DC.

Same old Jets.

Some folks are blaming Daboll.  Most are looking at the front office for continuing to bring in coach after coach and/or meddle with the roster.

Plenty of blame to share if you ask me.

yeah, the guy I’m not gonna blame though is the player for trying to win.

Naww winning was fun for the team, despite all the talk of teams tanking it simply isn't true.

It sucks we missed out on Daniels (who was my #1 guy) but for all we know he doesn't look the same with the Giants since he would be throwing to Robinson and Slayton.

I'm hoping we have a chance at a top rated QB or can package together a trade if we need too.

yeah that’s what we need to do instead of hoping and praying for losses.     Be prepared to make the moves necessary to get the qb.

Coaches and owners aren't trying to win?

There's some owners who seem to just be happy they can tell their friends "I own an NFL team"

The man, the myth, the legend:  Michael Penix jr.

Oh yeah forgot about him lol

Wasn't he the one who didn't finish a season healthy since highschool?

Malik Willis has looked good for Green Bay.    I remember wanting him, but we ended up with Ezeudu and Flott instead.

That’s not what I was conveying at all.

I figured...just think that "trying to win" isnt a great barometer on how to cast blame for the team's shortcomings.
