While I think BB is a hell of a coach...I think his time has come and gone.  5 years ago...absolutely.  Now, not so much.

Not to mention, he coaches for 3 more years and retires...then what?

No and no.

I never understood the Vrabel hype.

They overachieved one year getting to the AFC Championship game in which they were horribly out coached.

Then he was just embarrassed in every other playoff run.

Not an awful coach but he was handed a great defense and a solid offense and he couldn't make it work.

Dude, his quarterback was Ryan Tannehill. He had a Hall of Fame RB and a young AJ Brown but that's the only competent players they ever had on offense.

And then he traded AJ Brown for peanuts and ran Henry into the ground thinking he was Billycheeks 2.0 and he could build a new team with "his players" 

Dude is going to go to the Raiders and set them back another 5 years.

Bobby Slowik brought Brock Purdy and CJ Stroud to bear, and is the type of coach we need if we're talking about a rebuild with a new QB.
