Yeah...Arizona is nice and all...but that organization has had a history of failing to put it all together.  It has had talent, it has had coaches...there has always been something that keeps them from succeeding or keeps them.from getting over the proverbial hurdle.

Places like that often point to problems with the organization itself.  Huge red flag you could say.

And certainly doesn't have much to build on right now.

If I was Kafka, I would stay the fuck away from Arizona. To me Kyler Murray is a fucking cancer out there.

Wink will get interviews, But I don't think he will get a fair shot.

Agreed.  That is not the type of attitude you want to tie your coaching career to

I think Wink deserves a shot. Teams are looking for young coaches. He is almost 60. you do the math.

Kafka should at least stick around for one more year, but I understand his reasoning for wanting that job. Massive raise and if it doesn’t work out, he’s $25 million richer.

I also feel that defensive coordinators are harder to replace. Sucks for Jones to be on so many OC’s.

Az officially hiring Gannon.  Philly loses both coordinators and we keep ours

Arizona...hmmmm hiring the coordinator who gave up 24 points and couldn't stop a single drive in the 2nd half of the Super Bowl, despite having loads of talent on D?

Good luck Arizona...you're gonna need it.

I guess it was better than Spags who is due for two ALL OUT blitzes per game that allows 7-14 points and/or a guaranteed first down

Good point.

I was also being a little sarcastic. Philly had a good run, and their D was solid all year. That coach will probably be okay.

Yeah going from Spags to Scheridan was an immediate drop off.

Granted when Fewell came in who ran something similar to Spags it got much better.

OCs seem to be able to replicate what makes others successful through scheme and calling.

DCs is all gut feel and dialing up the right play at the right time, or making the offense match what you roll out.
