Yeah I mean he was an experiment from the start.

He gets his shit together then great we got a first round caliber guy for peanuts. 

He keeps being an idiot then we just move onto the next project guy. 

Sounds like a mental case though, should probably take some time off and figure himself out.

So we need an offensive coordinator (unless Kitchens becomes permanent), an offensive line coach, and a general manager.

If Graham doesn't get a couple head coach interviews, I'd be surprised.

Why not just clean house now when it's already half empty?

Just to add, I think Graham is right on the math of it - he's a known smart dude - but it's an emotional game too, you can't discount the lift that a big, aggressive defensive play can bring to an entire team. Little injuries don't hurt so bad after a big play endorphin rush.
