it looked to me and from watching the full footage that it was offside...

He doesn't enter the neutral zone before the Center moves the ball.  DLinemen are allowed to move as long as they don't make an OLineman jump. It's perfectly legal and a shitty call on a great play by Lawrence.

I was trying to find footage of the play from the angle that would show that... couldn't.    It seems like it was perfect timing albeit slightly too early... at least that's how it looked.

Two time SB winning, pro bowl DE who is now the big time analysts for the Brittish NFL channel, right no one has ever heard of Osi Umenyiora lol

Social media is a fucking cancer yo.

It is BiC... He should have educated himself first on the net then commented... dip shit.  Once he did that he would have seen he was dealing with the man... not some wannabe or internet asshole like him.  If Osi says it... bank it.  The play could have been called either way.  But the middle guy going against the center is not going to block shit... unless it is a fucked up kick.  Just block down... that is it.  Also that hold on the touchdown run was an abomination that should never have been called.  Away from the ball and it was so ticky tacky...

wouldn't have been flagged if Lawrence didn't accidently sell the offsides. He knew he was moving early, he didn't know he wasn't offsides.

Just goes to show, if you're going to make a mistake, make it with confidence.

Go all the way... he tried to back up.  Best of all... just make sure it is not a fake and just block down.
