It's more we have good coaching on defense that has elevated that side of the ball. We still don't have one let alone two pass rushers. We don't have a LB to compliment Martinnez. We don't have a CB across fr Bradberry. Still plenty of pieces missing. Like people have said Graham is going to get HC offers based on what he's done with the defensive side of the ball.
