Further illustration that OT's are tough to come by and even mediocre ones are expensive:

Bears signed LT Charles Leno to a four-year, $38 million extension through 2021.

A 2014 seventh-round pick, Leno has started 29-of-32 games the past two seasons. He was Pro Football Focus' No. 53 tackle out of 76 qualifiers last season after checking in at 49th-of-76 the previous year. The Bears see upside in the soon-to-be 26-year-old and are returning all five starters up front. At $9.5 million per year, Leno is the league's 14th-highest-paid left tackle.

A good GM wouldn't let our OL get to the state it's in today. D grade.

He wouldn't be in this conditioning program. The only program that's possibly worse than Coughlin's is the one they have in San Diego.

Yep they've lost a ton this offseason first round pick Mike Williams is out until at least October, Lamp gone for the year, Melvin Gordon out at least the first two weeks and Denzel Perryman questionable for week 1...plus more
