If they do move a team then it should be Jax, but that will piss a lot of people off in the south. I know that there are a lot of Jax fans in Mississippi and Alabama. The team could just relocate and the renovation could take place when the team is relocated and not before. The reason the Coliseum had been hesitant to begin renovating is because it's pretty costly and that did not guarantee landing an NFL team there...
