People who complain about players making too much money are just sad miserable people lol. Not when it comes to the NFL and a hard cap. Or, more likely, they are concerned when we can't resign our own free agents every season because guys like Jacobs, Umenyiora, and Rolle were overpaid. We owe him alot of guaranteed money still since he restructured and only made $1 mill last year. He is here for another 2 years atleast including this year. Phillips maybe let go unfortunately since he's a f/a this offseason. Rolle has been good for this team, he makes mistakes but he Also has incredible responsibilities and plays EVERY SNAP every game, he's tough as nails, a vocal leader and always brings confidence and positive attitude to the team. Allstarjim Posted October 16, 2012 Author Share Posted October 16, 2012 Too much emphasis on an evaluation of Rolle's play for the last couple of seasons has been on interceptions. Unfair considering he had to play slot corner so much last year, by far not his strong suit. When it comes down to it, Rolle has been a consistent, good performer for us. Been the best safety we've had in a very long time. You don't find players like him who are almost always in the right place, consistently makes good tackles, doesn't give up a lot over his head.
