Justin Tuck's response to Jerry Jones

Justin Tuck just kept saying “Not at all” when he was asked if he had anything to say in response. When he was asked why, he leaned back on the slogan the Giants rode to their Super Bowl XLII championship back in the 2007 season.

“Because talk is cheap,” Tuck said. “Play the game.”

I love my Giants and this is why

And you know where he got that quote - and sentiment - from, don't you, Jack? None other than "old iron pants". Maybe time to rethink your hatred there, huh?

Where do you see me criticizing Coughlin? He is a good Head Coach, my problem with him has always been his ability to motivate (and Andy Reid always be able to trick him). Success breeds success, Reese keeps filing him pieces, and out of desperation he finally found a MLBer. As a matter of fact, he always seems to pull a rabbit out of his hat when he's about to be fired.

If he leaves Blackburn out there, I'm fine with Coughlin.

If you look at our track record over Coughlin's tenure it has not been a smooth journey. Lets see if for once he can follow success with success and put up a decent regular season 2012.

Eli morphing into a top 5 QB has not hurt either. My thing has not been just SB, I want to see a few years of dominance.

What do you think Tuck is REALLY thinking LOL...........Jones did more damage to his teams chances than he could ever realize with that dumb comment.

You know what I thought when I 1st heard it? I thought "we have finally arrived". We are the Gold Standard of NFL franchises. All they think about is beating us.

I'd hope so, they are in the same division.

I wish he hadn't responded at all. Talk is cheap... why talk, Justin? It's aight though.

I don't know maybe the fact the Giants just won the fucking Superbowl, he would be allowed to say something.

If maybe the Giants went 1-15 then I could see your point.

It's a bit of psychology... don't even give Jones the pleasure of seeing a response. Don't even acknowledge his comment.

Why though?

Are the Giants going to go 4-12 because Tuck said what he did?

As much as we tend to over think the game of football at the end of the day it's just a bunch of grown men hitting each other in pads.

You're overthinking it. I just think it's better not to acknowledge the likes of Jerry. Don't dignify him with a response.

Come on guys give Jerry a break, he is just trying to sell some football tickets and what better draw does he have than having the super bowl champions gracing his epic nfl stadium.

:barman:
