NightFire
They're practically forcing themselves to build by free agency. Their oline is iffy, no wide receivers, the defense is good, but the keystone (Fletcher) is beyond old...I don't see any indication where they're doing anything different than they have in the past, or for that matter, any reason that they will have different results. I suppose that's what happens when you give away 2 first rounders and a second. Then again the Patriots like to trade out of the first round and they have done well. Good deal for both teams I think.
gmenroc
No doubt the Redskins are putting all their eggs in one basket here. If the RG3 is a bust or if they can't surround him with some WRs and OLine...and at the same time get some youth on defense, it'll set them back another decade. Funny same thing could of been said about the Eli trade.
gmenroc
Funny same thing could of been said about the Eli trade. Agreed. And if Eli hadn't worked out, we would've screwed ourselves pretty badly. Up until this past season, I still didn't think that Eli was THAT much better than Roethlisberger or Rivers would have been on our team. But as we stand today, Eli was worth the trade.
