JackStroud
Ligaments don't heal. If you could figure that one out you'd be worth billions. ligaments can be harvested from other areas of the body.....its cartilage that irrepalceable (thus the microfracture experiments) I'd give Meriman a shot at LBer......when healthy he is the beast of all beasts.....I just think the love is gone in SD he needs a change of scenery If i were commissioner of the NFL all players would be forced to wear two knee braces and a donut around the neck everyttime they put on pads practice or game. if everyone were forced to wear them then no one would have a speed or mobility advantage......and technology would advance on the devices of all the joints the neck and knee are most vulnerable how about 25 yd penalties for intentional helmet to helmet hits instead of suspensions? including KO's you can also put electronics in the helmets that would make the helmet glow if they make contact with another helmet. sometimes these hits are to the upper chest or shoulder and only look like helmet to helmet
JMFP
All I can say is this.....throw the records out. This is Cowboys-Giants. If the Giants don't come with their "A" game, I predict another Colts deal.
