Balloonknot
It is only Weeks 2. With his ankle a little banged up right now even though he may be able to play would you sit him and give it anoter weeks rest so he can be healthier for the rest of the season or do you play him and hope it doesn't nag him all season. TrashTalker92
well. i know he got hurt during the 2nd Qtr and still got a TD afterward.. I think it's up to the doctors to clear him. In a fantasy stand point, HEllz yeh he should start!!! guy is a monster.. . i vote he shouldn't and heal up..
Lughead
If he is going to play Sunday I say Start him. he was off his ankle as a precaution for 2 days and practiced Friday. Bob sanders is out and off the top of your head name another Colt's DB other than Bethea( not sure how good he is now either) that can defend . of course this also depends on our OL giving Manning time to throw. If we can start running on them Play action should open up . I am sure they made changes this week to stop the run after a rookie Foster blew them up. now they face Bradshaw. CrazedDogs
Um, I don't think balloonknot is talking fantasy... I let the docs make the call. But he looked fine after the injury last week, my money says he starts.
JackStroud
Nicks and Manningham should start at WR with Steve Smith in the slot........this is elementary to me

But he looked fine after the injury last week, my money says he starts. Trust me, If I was talking fantasy I would say start him. I have him on my team. I am talking Real Life. I voted Sit him. I think we have enough WR's to compensate for him sitting this game and give him that extra chance to heal. It's a long season and we are only at the beginning. I don't want him gimped for the rest of the way because we chose to ride him like a mule
BleedinBlue
Start him, but use him sparingly! If nothing else, his presence on the field takes pressure away from Smith...and even Manningham. Teams are learning that they can't double team Smith and simply let Nicks go one on one with a CB. Treehugger
He practiced fully on Thursday, right? He already sat out a few practices as a precaution. Let him play, we need him this week.
