If this was a regular season/playoff game, yeah, get stitched and hit the sidelines. Which I'm sure he would have done. Gruden 'coined' the term prior to the game to describe the Giants passing game, much like Earth, Wind, and Fire. Then, throughout the game, it was being used often.
