ksm7 Posted May 8, 2010 Share Posted May 8, 2010 This very much works in his favor....plus, if he used protection, the amount of physical evidence will be scant (which is where the "some contact" stuff would come in). actually, to the dog's knowledge, legally it doesn't matter if she told him she was older in the eyes of the law. may not be fair, but he is still in the wrong. may work for a plea deal. the one report (who knows what is true or not at this point) is that when the police showed up, he was pushing to go to the bathroom, and they wouldn't allow him to, which is where they ultimately found the used condom. that right there tells the dog that he knew something was up and wanted to fluch the condom and with it, and potential evidence... the fact is, the man is trash for many reasons. he certainly isn't someone to be celebrated. people keep talking set-up, really? in what way? a lot still has to come to light here, so the dog will reserve judgement on criminal behavior, but the dog won't reserve judgement on just how pathetic and trashy of an individual this fool is...
