Chris Harry, of the Orlando Sentinel, reports the New York Giants reportedly took a step back from free agent LB LaVar Arrington (Redskins) last week. They reportedly took a step back when agent Carl Poston threw out numbers in the seven-year, $54 million range, with a signing-bonus demand of $14 million.

 

EA is doing the right thing in looking into other, better value options

Chad Brown is not one of them.

 

 

Correct, signing Chad Brown would be a complete waste and if it did happen, people would begin to question the sanity of Ernie.

 

Not only will he take up needed roster space, but I guarantee he will be hobbled with some injury during the first week of camp.

I'm sure that goes for most teams. No one wants to pay Lavar that much.
