Does Jack just get too excitable and just exaggerates uncontrollably? Does Jack just do this for attention because their is a void in his life he is trying to fill by saying outrageous things so he can get a response? Thats the reason why he was banned from the GMB, they were getting tired of his typical posting regime of player A has a good game, player B has a bad game therefor in Jackyboys trolly little mind he then proceeds to think "Player A is a HoF player, Player B is horrible/doesnt belong on the team, ect" He then trys to defend his reasoning by responding to everyones post in such a manner "Zomg your an idiot, this player is the best despite what the coaches say because I'm right" or "LOL I disregard any sort of basic human logic and use my own" The GMB got rid of Jacky the Troll and eventhough that place is overrun with them, their forum got instantly better when he was banned. I'm hoping in the near future that Jackyboy will be gone from this forum as well, I really dont see why he continues to post when no one here actually takes him seriously and it's pretty unanimous that the forum considers him a joke of a poster. It's either that or he has the biggest self indulged ego since Bad Egg and Jacky actual believe he knows more about football then the coaches/players/FO of the Giants. Bradshaw is outperforming Jacobs, who seems to have regressed, eschewing his sledgehammer style in favor of a dancer. But lets see if that changes now that everybody, starting with Siragusa during Sunday's game, saying Jacobs is "tip toeing". And Paul Schwartz, in today's Post column, gives us this stat: of Jacobs 58 runs this season, 32 have resulted in gains of 2 yards or less. He goes on to quote Darryl Johnston as saying, "that's a guy who's looking for the home run, looking for the big play." As with Jack, I normally don't have much use for anything Moose has to say but again, the blind squirrel might have found a nut here. In responding to a question about the contract making him complacent, Jacobs seems to confirm that it has had an effect - but not in the way you might think: "I've got to live up to that big contract now.....I need to be ripping off 35-40 yard runs week after week. That's not happening, and all of a sudden there's that tendency to try to make something big when it's really not there", says Jacobs. The column goes on with Johnston saying he's got to "press the hole" instead of taking that extra second to see what's open on the backside. I'm hoping Jacobs sees and hears all this, gets PO'd and comes out slamming into the hole next week. Even if he doesn't break any big ones, he'll at least be wearing the D down, like he did last year. This makes Bradshaw more effective. Right now, Jacobs isn't gaining much AND he's not wearing defenses down! If he's going to run like that, Bradshaw might as well be the starter and main carrier. I believe I've come up with the belief that he is not a he, but an it and that it is really a computer that spits out dumb shit once or twice a day as programmed. Nobody could be that dumb; it's impossible to be that ignorant and still have a brain functional enough to continue reminding your lungs to breath. It is sad that I've responded to some of his threads. I like to think that the Jackonater2000 is a machine that reminds me how our worst fan is like the average Philly fan in dogging his team and then creating false hopes around the powerhouse that is Chase Blackburn.
