The thing that really pisses me off about him is that despite the fact that he is ALWAYS wrong, he always acts like he's the smartest guy out there. I think the two words that fit him best is that he is a smarmy bastard. Old fashioned way of calling someone a know it all (but in reality know nothing) smug prig.
