mickeef2
Any more arguments with BadEgg about this point are nothing but insults to Eli. The argument has been settled by the players themselves. End of discussion.
BlueInCanada
But Romo is the leagues MVP and Superbowl MVP ever since he was the starter for the Cowboys. Not to mention he looks like Favre and Elway rolled into one mighty player that is Romo. Fucking media and 'Boys fans actually believe this shit. Romo is a backup on any other team. BIGBLUE01
I am just sitting here with a big smile on my face. I dont like that TB folded, I dont really want either DAL or PHi in the playoffs, but DAL losing brings so much more joy. These Romo vs Eli debates, all the bandwagon cowgirl fans here in AZ. I love it.
Sephiroth
Eli is clearly the better QB. But let's call a spade a spade... Romo is better than backup material. He's a good QB, he's just not even close to being clutch.

Angelina Jolie vs Rosie O'Donnell Oprah Winfrey vs Beyonce Jessica Alba vs Ellen Degeneres I am done with this one and Cowboys fans, you like your QB are FRAUDS I agree. I think the new argument should be Kyle Orton v. Tony Romo. There are alot of similarities: two young QB's, each on a 9-7 team, neither having won a playoff game, and each needing a win to get into the playoffs and coming up short. Did Jones come down? I didn't watch the whole game, Jets VS Miami was also on, and if he did I hope it's on YouTube. Also in the post game interview it looks like Romo maybe have given up. I agree. I think the new argument should be Kyle Orton v. Tony Romo. There are a lot of similarities: two young QB's, each on a 9-7 team, neither having won a playoff game, and each needing a win to get into the playoffs and coming up short. Also both had teams that shot themselves in the feet whenever they could. Romo and Orton may not be MVPs but the team also shit the bed too. Johnson wide open, Manning return fumble and the Dallas back breaker of Barber fumbling.
Hampton27 missed
Never mind the fact that Romo looks like he's anti-clutch, Romo has never played a good game when T.O. is either sidelined or playing injured. He has sucked without T.O.

Even when Eli struggled he had a knack for coming back and getting wins in the 4th quarter.... If Romo has the ball and his team is down in the 4th quarter the game is officially over... Giants playoff game 07' - Chance to win the game - Throws a pic.... Pittsburg this year... chance to win the game... throws a pick... Its a common theme with him

If I remember correctly dog, you didn't agree with the 'growing pains' argument for Manning. In fact, didn't you suggest it was time to give up on him the same year he became superbowl mvp? Manning wasn't on a cohesive unit himself until 3 games into 2007. I even recall your butt buddy calling the Giants a 3 ring circus after the way 2006 ended. What's the excuse for the 2007 cowgirls? They were pretty damn cohesive. They even cried on camera for one another.
