xxi-xxv
First player ever to at the AS break have 20 doubles, 10 triples, 10 homers and 30 steals and a .300 average. And he is not even an all star? Maybe this can motivate professor Reyes to be professional at all times and make him angry he is sitting home tonight? For what its worth looking at that fact its a fucking travesty he is not in this game.
jranieli
Yet the steriod user Tejada is a all-star and being worshiped for it. There were a lot of other players who deserved to make it and were not. I bet ya, Wright does not play a single inning tonight.
mws44
That just brings up the argument of the fan vote. MLB either needs to eliminate the fan vote or stop this game from meaning anything. In my opinion this game should just be a fun exhibition, let every player that the fans voted in play and what ever happens happens. Reyes isn't in this game because we as Mets fans are still slightly in our last year funk and didn't cast our votes early and often. Ramirez is a very solid player though.
