MakeMeSomeFoodHo
not just because Im a Giants fan and I want them to win it all, but I couldnt take the media hype around a Bret Favre/Tom Brady superbowl. It would make Jerome Bettis being from Detroit look like an Al Pacino interview.
BlueInCanada
I'd liked to see Farve go out on top, of course thats if we lose.
Nesta
I'd rather lose this game than lose in the sb. I'm not saying we're gonna lose at all, just if I had to choose.

mastershake
anyone know, how is Aaron Ross? Boy we need at least Madison, Ross or Dockery to return.

Yeah, missing three of your four top CBs might be okay against the Cowboys () but the Pack's WRs scare me.
BIGBLUE01
I genuinely like Brett Favre. I do too. He and Peyton have always been my favorite "non Giant" players.

He's having fun (throwing snowballs on the field and giving the ref 5 ) and has remained classy though all the praise. He's also the first to thank his line. fishgutmartyr
I want the Giants to win. I think we can, just like we did this week; but no way will it be easy. But if we lose to Green Bay, I can bear it. But I really, really, want to pound the shit out of whoever wins the AFC.
Lubeck
I could swallow losing to the Pack. My uncle is a huge Packers fan and I really respect what they are to NFL history. Plus Favre is the only QB I have ever known for that team, so seeing him in the SB at his age and being there because he deserves to be would be a great site. BlueInCanada
I wouldn't mind hearing bout his legacy leading up to the superbowl...if he wins. He has and is still having a great career which 90% of the leagues QBs would dream of having. But I would still like hearing about Eli and the Giants road to the superbowl too
xxi-xxv
Fuck Favre, he is a junkie. No seriously he is a tough guy not to like, but for the next 7 days it will be easy for me.

As far as the AFC goes, Bruschi is fro Arizona and Brandon Maumaleuna on SD is from AZ.

Virginia Giant
Look, I like Brett as much as anyone, but no way would I be able to casually accept a loss just because it's Favre. I want to win, I want to go to the super bowl, I want to win the super bowl. I want everyone who said we would be the 3rd or 4th team in the east to watch us in the super bowl, I want the Cowboys fans, Redskins fans, Eagles fans to see us in the super bowl. I want my sister, who said there is know way we will ebat the pack, to watch us in the super bowl. And now way would I rather lose in the Conference game than the super bowl, not to mention all this talk of losing is setting ourselves up mentally for failure. We can absolutely win this game, we had New England on their heels and went to Dallas and left victorious. We can win this fucking game.
