A little early, but I like the optimism. Would love a sweep the next 3 days. LETS's GO METS!!

3 of 9 so far with 10 more to play. They have to win all 10 to have a winning season record. A message must be sent this week.

They have to go 7-3 to take the season series, which will be made easier after we go 3-0 this week.

If the Mets and Phillies win over the next few days the Mets would reduce their magic number by one correct?

But if the Mets win and the Phillies lose, the Mets would reduce the magic number by two right?

you are correct

SO if the Mets win, the numbers goes down no matter what, if the Phils lose the number goes down no matter what and if they both lose the number goes down. Pressure is on the phils and in all honesty despite the Mets shittiness vs them the past two series, they are still in the drivers seat.

Let's hope the bullpen is not the driver.
