Brandon Jacobs right behind him? A block is a block whether it's a "pancake", decleater, of "finesse" block as you referred to it. Fact of the matter is so long as the guy he's blocking is blocked, it doesn't matter if he pirouettes into him. If the guy doesn't make the play, Finn accomplished his job. Apparently "flat-backing" is a necessary element when considering a FB. simply getting the job done doesn't do it. Maybe they put Awasom in the backfield at FB, he could probably lay out some LB.... then miss the rest of the blocks. Like the type of FB he's looking for. I think he gets a bum rap because he was always in TC dog house. yes, last year he got 2 PI penalty on him. big deal, they were less than 10 yards and he was rusty. And, that Personal Foul he got in the Titans was a BS call and you know it. He barely touched Young... He's our best gifted CB and he need to be given a honest chance to compete. And this is why I think TC should go. man, that guy holds a grudge like a ten year old girl. remember what happened to Willie Ponder. Lead the League in kick offs returns...fumbles once, and doesn't play again? Nem, you have got to be kidding me about Walker, please tell me you're not serious. He's been on this team for years, he actually played for Fassel. You say that Coughlin holds a grudge but yet he kept that fucker on the squad the last 2 years .
