  1. What happened to your orginal post about letting it go? I'm guessing you realized that you contradicted yourself yet again. Anyway, you're right- SoCal is definitely putting a hurting on my fist with that face of his- figuratively speaking, of course (I don't want you to getting all literal-police on me again).
  2. I think somebody got their feelings hurt.
  3. I definitely will not miss seeing him 18 times a year. He seemed to be in the middle of every Yankee rally against us.
  4. Chuck, looks like we have our very own version of Jerry Quarry here, anyway. I could see you being reminded of ol' Tomato Can, though. The similarities are eerie.
  5. Apparently, neither would you. Weren't you out on disability? What, did you chip a nail? Speaking of pussies- tell us the story again about what happened when you got back.
  6. I guess they didn't get to the lesson about "staying on topic" in glazier school yet, huh?
  7. As opposed to you, who is not here. You're not very well thought out, huh?
  8. You're talking about the fact that you started a thread and it got more than two replies? Keep in mind it had my name in the title.
  9. lol I knew you couldn't let it go. Thanks for proving my point like I knew you would.
  10. Mr. Projection, that's you. Again, you accused me of getting all worked up, but when you read back over my posts and took a look inside yourself, you realized you were the one whose panties were in a bunch. Apparently that's still bothering you. Nobody's going to win the argument about which teams knew what and when, so get over it. Your points regarding it are based on what you guess was happening. Mine are based on stuff that actually happened, as admitted by all the guilty parties themselves. As for the childish arguments, and the obsession with winning internet fights, all anyone would have to do is look back over your posts to see who's focused on there even being a "winner". You can be the winner, mmkay, junior?
  11. You're really wrapped up in this, huh?
  12. Yeah, I'd better take some time to really dig into the concept of your "sub-point".
  13. lol...and everything else I said was pretty much on the money, huh?
  14. I think you're projecting, buddy. I haven't said a hostile word to you. While I admire your ability to keep your tunnel-vision arguments going, I'm gonna assume you realize what a poor job you did of keeping yourself from stepping in your own mess. By the way, I'll be the first to admit that Red Sox fans are obsessed with the Yankees. Yankee fans are equally obsessed with the Sox. You can't go into either stadium and deny that. You could even say it used to be an inferiority complex from our end, but to say that's still true is ludicrous. Again, how can you have an inferiority complex at a time when you're superior to the other team?
  15. Looks like someone's obsessed with Red Sox Nation. By the way, what would you say about a fan base that feels the need to copy its rival by dubbing itself (unsuccessfully, I might add) "Yankee Universe". I think you've already defined it as an inferiority complex.
  16. Of all of your weak arguments in this thread (that would be all of them), this has gotta be the weakest. So now I can't even allude to the Yankees without being obsessed with them? If that's what it takes for you to regain some of your pride, have at it, bud. We could go back and forth about all of your other "points" all day.
  17. Honestly VG, do you see me starting threads about this idiot? For a very long time, I completely ignored the guy. But it became obvious he wasn't ever gonna give it up. Now it's just a vicious cycle for him- he starts a thread about me, I make him look like an idiot, he shuts up, stews about it for a couple of days, can't get over the fact that I made him look like an idiot yet again, so he starts another thread about me, etc., etc., etc.
  18. Once again, testing that doesn't include HGH, and since we know the guy has already cheated with other PEDs,...
  19. Don't you mean dillrod? Seriously, how many times a day do you think about me, and be honest.
  20. The Yankees, with Clemens bringing in his "personal trainer", knew exactly what was going on. And Clemens and Pettite were doing roids together with the Yanks. I'm not saying the Yanks created a culture of steroid use, but they have had plenty of offenders both before and during their time with the team. Trust me, management knows what's going on in the clubhouse. Sounds like that bitterness you claim Red Sox fans carry around with them. This a weak argument I often hear from you guys. The Sox, if anything, were expressing concern during those conversations that they were getting a roid guy. It was pretty clear that they were not interested if he was still doing it. Woulda, coulda, shoulda buddy. The fact is, if it were just ARod, it wouldn't be that big a deal. But it's starting to become a pattern with your team, and it's a lot of fun to watch. Again, this is one big paragraph full of conjecture. You can wish for whatever you want, but that doesn't make it true at this moment in time. The reason they went to a guy in the Yankee clubhouse is probably because that was where the most blatant problem existed. I wasn't talking about them moving him. I guess I need to remind you that the Yankees wanted to void his contract after the steroid thing broke. By the way, you can't have an inferiority complex when your team has won two Championships in five years to your rival's zero, including the biggest choke in the history of sport. What you're forgetting is that for every Ortiz, there will also be a Bernie Williams and/or a Paul O'Neill. So yeah, it'll still be fun.
  21. Dillrod? Now I know why all the guys at work think you're a pussy.
  22. Poor Yankee fans- are the mean Sox fans giving you a hard time? Oh well, at least you have your class and good sportsmanship to fall back on. Those guys who curse at my kids when I take them to Yankee Stadium must be Red Sox fans in disguise. You know, I hear over and over about how there'll be hell to pay when a prominent Sox player is caught, yet all I keep hearing about are current and former Yankees. Could it be possible that your team just cheated a lot more than everybody else? They've already proven they have no integrity or credibility with the way they were looking to get out of paying Giambi when he got caught...until he started hitting again.
  23. He claims that he didn't know what he was putting in his body because one of the steroids he was using is illegal in the US.
  24. Again, that's only because he had no choice. His name was on a positive test. Pretty tough to deny.
