Giant history: When was the last time we "Rested Players"? How long has it been since we have been dominate in the Playoffs due to our Offense?

Coughlin will not sit anyone . why should he? we need to build momentum going into the post season. we got in a rut against Minni and it took most of the Chicago game to get out of it. We struggled with Philly and our offense has been very stagnate . I dont see how "Resting" players will help "IF" we go into the playoffs. If anything we need to play them and continue to crawl out of our slump. Cause if you know Giant history we aint resting players and come in the playoffs like we were shot out of a Cannon .

Wow Midas what a 180 for you from last year. I guess I would also though, Coughlin seemed a lot different this year . I cant belive how soon one forgets how great their QB has always been in his early years lets take a look shall we ? lets go all hop into the way back machine and look at McNabb's first 3 years ans compared to Eli's first 3 years McNabb's PCT with 44 games ( he came in with 12 games to play ) 54.9 PCT remember he started back in '99 when the NFL was still in a different era Eli's PCT with 41 games (he cam in with 9 games to go ) 54.1 PCT and he is only in his first 3 years. So this "Guy"(and I use the term loosely) Claims how McNabb is so much better than Eli and McNabb has been in the league for 9 years. Well I say Apples and Oranges people Apples and Oranges. until Eli plays the same amount of years as Mcnabb you cant make the argument McNabb is WAY better than ELI.

Looking at the schedules we(6-4 v.s NFC) have 2 more NFC games to play . Seattle(7-2v.s.NFC) has 3 more NFC games to play. Now we could go 2-0 in our NFC games and Seattle could go 3-0 or 2-1. anyway we would not be playing Seattle right? Because Green Bay and Dallas would have a bye week leaving Seattle, Giants ,Minni and Tampa at wild cards and I thought the schedule was 1 st plays last and second plays second to last? so if we stayed where we are we would play either Minni or Tampa bay and wouldn't Tampa bay have to come to the Meadowland's in Jan?

I dont think they G-men will put up the same sack numbers as last time. The first game was just a phenomenal performance by the Giants D line. I believe it will be hard to reproduce it . hopefully I am wrong
