I agree, TC needs to be the one who rips Eli's fucking head off when he does what he does too often, but Gillbride is the closest in command to the offense. TC and his merry men will be here till they die. Thankfully TC is like 73 years old. Man, I can only imagine what kind of numbers Eli and this very talented WR core could put up with a competent HC and OC. Instead their careers are all going to be average.

Absolutely agree. Next season we should be in a good spot to blow doors off our competition. Providing we can get a couple of decent O linemen. The scary thing is Gillbride knows this and will skip basic fundamentals. With a good OC. He'll know how to mix it right. Gillbride isnt that man.

Gillbride wont be fired and he wont leave. He's like that friend that visits for a weekend and ends up living on your couch. If he does go, I'd love to see a younger experienced person in his spot. Who ever fits the suit.

The QB needs to work on pass placement. The WRs need to work on catching poorly thrown passes. The offensive line needs to work on finding the fountain of youth, other than that they are fine. The RBs are fine. The TE's are fine. The OC needs to read "Burning the clock for Dummys". Other than that, I'd say we're ready to go 7-2 the 1st half of season and 2-5 the 2nd half.
