  1. Once again you made the comment about yourself, with you fully knowing that a majority of the posters here have been giving Coughlin (albeit deserved) criticism that sometimes is just illogical. You said " don't see those kind of concerns anything more than just get feelings... The FO already know this guy upclose... this is why I'm not worried... hell we, fans, know this guy up close... the fact he didn't succeed elsewhere has many many factors which lie outside of his control...." After T, said that people are willing to look past all of his failures at DC/HC just because of his previous success. You do nothing in your point to argue that any of his part failures were not his fault, just simply saying "Many factors were outside his control" However many people here blame Coughlin for every aspect of the team because he's the HC, you included, multiple times. Yet for Spags when he was the HC, everything was "outside his control" and that it shouldnt reflect on him as a HC/DC. I'm just commented on the lack of logic or support you have in that comment, or just that is Spags get's a free pass for his HC/DC performance due to outside influences, why can't Coughlin be afforded the same free pass when he has not only proven to be the better HC but the more consistent coach as well. You made what I said personal, which isnt an uncommon thing for you.
  2. After having to read through a 268 page data sheet for a micro controller located in a pulp mills hydraulic press, for my second semester Embedded Control Systems final project, I'd like too see the full version some day HA. I have nothing personal against Nas, I've always like some of his P and R ramblings like some other posters here, heck I still don't understand how anyone can take anything personal on the internet, outside of death threats. I just pointed out what I though was an illogical statement, and I've defended Coughlin from enough posters here, don't know why Nas thinks it's suddenly personal (atleast in regards to myself).
  3. So Spags gets a pass when he is HC/DC on other teams because things are "outside of his control" when he doesn't succeed. But Coughlin, everything is his fault when the team isnt playing well and all the blame is passed off onto other people.
  4. Both were benched for horrible safety play and not being able to keep up with the slowest of WRs.. The fact that the coaches benched Stevie for a 5th round rookie, who will be keeping his job over Brown says enough to me. He had one fluke year, but he's on par with the level of mediocrity that is CC Brown.
  5. Yeah Stevie started 8 games last year, CC only started 7 with the Giants. And he still had a better year then Stevie.
  6. Antrel Rolle, S - Offer him something respectable for 2-3 years, he's pretty much been the only leader on the team since Strahan/Pierce. Jason Pierre-Paul, DE - Going to have to give him some money, but he's not anywhere near a top 10 DE in the league, so don't pay him like one. Walter Thurmond, CB Stevie Brown, S - Had a fluke year, worse than CC Brown Jacquian Williams, OLB - Played better down the strech, Spags is gonna want a veteran LB on the team. Spencer Paysinger, OLB - Should be able to get something better in FA, unless Paysinger comes in really cheap. Henry Hynoski, FB - Young and hardplaying FB, sign him to a multi year deal, shouldnt cost much to keep a quality starting player. Quintin Demps, S - Shouldnt cost much to keep quality depth. Jerrel Jernigan, WR - Should come cheap, unless he wants to walk than let him James Brewer, G John Jerry, G - Good back up, not a starter, would like to keep him for when injuries inevitably take out an O-lineman. Zack Bowman, CB - Quality depth, not a starting corner but heck of a slot corner, he might walk just for a better deal somewhere else. Mark Herzlich, ILB - Probably his best year playing, good depth and he will no doubt take a team friendly deal from the Giants.
  7. Well the article said that vertrens are free to try out at the combine (the big one in indy) as well. I assume this is just to make the combine not as long, since all the coahces are there just for the rookies, and to give the veterans a chance to be the focus.
  8. Yeah on a Redskins forums I visit from time to time, a couple posted ripped him the fuck apart saying he's been pretty over rated this offseason and hasnt developed a defense in his whole career. Now quite a few don't even want to think about the guy being part of the Redskins, some want Morris over him at this point heh. Harbaugh was the head guy in San Fran and had more to do with that defense turning around then Fangio.
  9. They can have him, in 20+ years of coaching he's had four good years of defense.
  10. Not a fan of it personally but at the same time he was doing a great job in Baltimore and with more experience under his belt he should be an upgrade over Fewell. Honestly everyone else I wanted, Quinn, Smith, Schwarts are all getting HC jobs anyways.
  11. OBJ wins rookie of the year, spends the off season working out with Dez Bryant and TO. Leaves team in three years for the Eagles, never wins anything but spends the rest of his career beating the Giants. Just cause fuck it, nothing else has gone right with the Giant's recently.
  12. Hola is a Firefox/Chome extension. It bascially just gives you a fake country VPN so you can view all the different countries Netflix, and I must say the UK Netflix, far and away superior to either the US or Canadian.
  13. /\/\/\/\/\ This, well expect I wasnt around for the LP era. About six years ago I cancelled my satellitte subscription and havent looked back. Hola unblocker allows me to view every countries Netflix, plus any other streaming service. Plus there are countless streaming sites of live TV, that with a simple ad blocker makes them pretty much painless to use. Not to mention torrent sites for any movie I feel like watching.
  14. Reports are saying Fox might be out in Denver. Give him the keys to the defense and promise him the HC job when Coughlin is done?
  15. Yeah I've been using Firstrow for the last four or five seasons. Using Firefox or Chrome with Ad block plus, I've never had a single problem.
  16. Yeah Rex is a damn good head coach but he was done over with the Jets by Idzik not giving him any help. Atlanta isnt in the best of spots either, the last few drafts havent helped the team as much as they would have wanted and isnt the GM on the hot seat? Buffalo is on the right path though and I'm sure he just wanted a team where he didnt have to worry about working with trash players that the GM was picking up. He's basically a starting QB away from making that team a contender.
  17. Naww man when the owners and everyone in the front office are saying that Coughlin is responsible for Fewell's fate this offseason and he didnt fire him day one, it was obviously because Coughlin has all the control he wanted to keep Fewell. Now that he was fired it's obvious that it was because the owners made him do it, despite everything they have said.
  18. They also got rid of the secondary coach. Guess what position Spags has been coaching in Baltimore? The secondary, plus he's been the assistant HC. I don't want a Giants Spags reunion because he was a one trick pony but it's looking like it might happen.
  19. Blah blah blah something about Tom Coughlin having to be forced to fire Fewell blah blah blah Coughlin is a lame duck. Sounds about right for a post in here?
  20. Why do you hate America and Freedom so much?
  21. "Calm the fuck down, or you are going to the bench" Future Raiders/Redskins/Cleveland pick.
