  1. He's one cut block away from never walking straight for the rest of his life.
  2. I'm glad he helped our 30th ranked run defense not be 31st or 32nd.
  3. Another one of those cases where the media makes the worst of anything. Shit it looks like he could suit up tomorrow and throw a cast on his hand. He's at least better than any ten fingered Giant at rushing the passer on the team.
  4. Like I said it's just my opinion but I don't see it, I don't think he's a dominating force and I feel like teams don't have any fear running to his side. JPP was a ghost in 2014 for the first 11 games of the season, and only turned it on in the final weeks of the year against lesser O-lines and opponents (much like the rest of the Giant's team). He's a good player, better than any 10 fingered DE on the team right now, but he isnt worth the franchise tag and not 10 million a year.
  5. The problem is, or atleast my problem with the whole situation. I've never believed in the JPP train, outside of his one good year, most if not all his sacks come in garbage time of games or he pulls an Osi and disappears in any big game/pressure situation. He wasnt even a top 10 DE in the league (IMO) before the injury, I really don't think he will be even close to his previous "form" for a few seasons after this injury. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't understand the love for JPP, he just isnt a good DE from what I've seen, he just never has impacted the game like a Watt, Houston, etc. The Giant's need answers at DE, but JPP isnt going to be one of them I think, shame too because he might have changed my opinion this year.
  6. I don't know many football players who don't care about money as the number 1 priority.
  7. On the final drive. Sure. Go watch the game again and see how many times Romo checked out of an obvious blitz play after play just to drive the length of the field in under two minutes.
  8. Wasnt the common theme last year on this board about how much Tom SHOULDNT be involved in play calling since you know MacAttack is the guy calling the plays. lol
  9. I don't see what Tom had to do with it other than the defense stopping to clock constantly with penalties and MacAttack not running 40 seconds off the fucking clock.
  10. You mean bringing in a D coordinator who's on his fourth team who cant sheme besides "send more blitz's" wasnt a good idea? Or letting your O coordinator try to play a game like it's fucking Madden instead of trying to call a football game. lol
  11. You've obviously never played for shots.
  12. James Jones has contributed more in one game that Parker has in his entire career.
  13. Guys like him? A non-starting, under performing third round pick who was cut by the Jets? Did people think he was a pro-bowl player or something?
  14. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/09/11/nfl-statement-says-stadium-power-infrastructure-issue-caused-problematic-headsets/
  15. Giant's already did it in 2001. Pats need to step up their game.
  16. Less than Wilson and more than Rivers. I'll take it.
  17. BOLD PREDICTION. People will bitch about this for the entire year and will be begging to start Nassib by week eight. Even if Eli is playing at a pro-bowl level.
  18. From those highlights looks like he'll be there in the top 20, should be able to get him.
  19. There's no room for positivity in this section. Either everything the Giant's do is wrong, or you're to much of a homer to realize how bad they suck. Get with the train brotha, 4-12 here we come.
  20. Yes because winning two SBs and not having success for few seasons afterwards obviously means this team is heading towards an entire generation of mediocrity and losses that they will never be able to pull out of. And what benefit of a doubt are we talking about here? Everyone (well almost everyone) on here atleast from what I've seen don't even have the Giant's making the playoffs this year, let alone the previous seasons. People have already given up on this year so what do people expect the Giant's to do?
  21. See for yourself. http://www.giants.com/team/transactions.html
  22. The thing is, this is the same as every season, it's nothing new really. Somehow though people are making the biggest deal out of it all.
  23. You know expect for the successful franchise, four SBs, stable coaching positions, a franchise QB, GM and owners who are worth a damn, the winning seasons, and basically everything else. But yeah, totally like the Raiders.
