CrazedDogs
I'm starting to wonder if I can't trust my eyes, or is it possible that some of these professional front offices don't really know what they're doing?

Lack of talent coming out of college. There was an article about it on ESPN, more higher round picks are busting out of the NFL or just not developing. Before the average time on a team for a draft pick was 4-6 years in the first three rounds, 3-5 in the later rounds, or something along those lines. Now if a single player from your draft is on your team longer than three years and contributing you hit gold. Teams are over paying for average players because your common draft pick doesnt do much for you anymore.
